Responsibilities

Manage ongoing bookkeeping, reporting, and annual statements (K3)
Financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasts
Lead accounting function, build routines/processes, mentor team
Client advisory and relationship building

Requirements

At least 3 years accounting experience; audit experience; Fortnox and Visma software skills; K3 framework knowledge; strong financial analysis skills; Master's in Economics or equivalent; leadership experience; advanced Excel; fluent Swedish

Swedish (required), English (merited)Full-time position via staffing with possibility to transfer to permanent employment at Custos Advokater; specialist law firm in business crime, insolvency, and tax law; strategic role building function from scratch
