Responsibilities
- Shared leadership responsibility for operations, economy, staff and work environment at ICU Borås
- Drive development and improvement of the intensive care unit
- Motivate and develop employees to reach unit goals as part of management team
Requirements
- Higher education in healthcare or equivalent relevant education
- Leadership experience, preferably from previous managerial positions
- Experience from ICU and/or emergency care is meritorious
