Responsibilities
- Lead and develop elderly care services with ~30 staff, overseeing operations, budget, personnel, and work environment
- Use IBIC methodology and systematic quality work in a multi-professional team environment
- Collaborate with biståndshandläggare, nurses, rehab unit, and other support functions; participate in on-call duty ~4 weeks/year
Requirements
- Social worker education (socionom) or equivalent university degree; valid driver's license; strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish; independent yet collaborative leadership style with pedagogical approach
