Responsibilities
- Lead and develop workshop and spare parts operations with budget and P&L responsibility
- Drive business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction in service, repairs and spare parts
- Coach, motivate and develop employees while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience from service market for heavy vehicles, construction machines, transport or technical operations
- Experience in a leading role within workshop and service market
- Good technical understanding of heavy vehicles
- Experience with budget and result responsibility
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- B driver's license (C license preferred)
- Solution-oriented, business-minded and relationship-building personality
