Responsibilities
- Lead two engineering teams (Gothenburg & Poland) responsible for critical platform components
- Drive delivery performance, coach teams for continuous improvement, and manage cross-team collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to align roadmap, priorities, and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as Engineering Manager with track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong people leadership skills: coaching, performance management, feedback, building trust
- Experience leading teams with focus on delivery, continuous improvement, and measurable results
- Strong technical understanding from software engineering background
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to drive engineering quality: coding standards, maintainability, testing practices
- Collaborative and empathetic leadership with strong communication skills
- Strong interest in modern practices including Generative AI and AI tooling adoption
