Responsibilities
- Drive engineering and quality development, compliance, process control and continuous improvement from product development to automation
- Secure performance and execution of engineering and quality agenda for the Category in cooperation with Category management
- Lead and support engineering/improvement/quality projects and product development projects
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills in matrix organizations with ability to influence and make things happen
- Proven experience in leading business agenda at suppliers
- Engineering background preferred
- Good understanding of IKEA Business model, Purchasing strategies and Supplier Development Process (SDP)
- Analytical and holistic view with ability to deliver results through remote leadership
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
