Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion in Europe and NA markets
- Develop and strengthen OEM business with strategic customers
- Lead and develop a commercial team of ~13 employees, ensuring pipeline, KPIs and forecasting
- Contribute to management group and overall business development
Requirements
- Documented experience in international sales and business development (Europe/DACH)
- Proven result responsibility with budget, forecasting, profitability understanding
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience from management group and change work in fast-paced organization
- Strong ability to create structure and direction in changing environment
- Industry/OEM/furniture/office experience is meritorious
