- Drive and develop HR for Lidköping and Skövde operations
- Support managers in employment law, work environment, recruitment, onboarding and skills development
- Group-wide HR support including salary mapping for Absolent Air Care Group
Requirements
- Several years of broad, independent HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience supporting managers in personnel matters
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Self-driven, structured and ability to turn ideas into initiatives
