- Develop and implement HSEQ policies ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and internal standards
- Lead and coordinate HSEQ team, training and safety culture development
- Support production with risk assessments, Safety Walks, Safety Talks and quality controls
Requirements
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience with ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of work environment, safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Good communication skills and ability to build positive work environment
