Responsibilities
- Lead a unit of 13 recruitment consultants, 2 HR administrators, and 1 employer branding specialist
- Provide qualified recruitment support to managers across Region Västmanland
- Drive development of unit's working methods and implement strategic decisions into practical action
Requirements
- Academic degree in HR, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in qualified recruitment work
- Experience with competency-based recruitment
- Documented leadership experience with staff responsibility
- Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and cooperation
- Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
