Responsibilities
- Lead operational activities with full responsibility for staff, economy and work environment
- Drive process management and systematic quality improvement in healthcare
- Lead multidisciplinary team including nurses, OTs, PTs, rehabilitation assistants and pharmacist
Requirements
- Higher education in healthcare (nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist)
- Previous experience as leader/manager in healthcare
- Experience leading change initiatives (meritorious)
