Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production readiness for Bulk, Drug Substance and fill production
- Act as operational backfill for current manager to support FDA-readiness
- Ensure GMP compliance and drive continuous improvement in aseptic manufacturing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Pharma/Biopharma industry
- Expertise in aseptic production and fill processes
- Deep knowledge of GMP regulations
- Leadership/project management experience in production (Bulk/Drug Substance preferred)
- Fluent in Swedish and English (required)
