Responsibilities
- Lead and develop purchasing organization including project managers, system developers, and strategic buyers
- Ensure purchasing strategy supports business goals and drive supplier development
- Contribute to management group and work cross-functionally with production, quality, logistics, and R&D
Requirements
- Academic degree in economics, technology, logistics, or supply chain
- Several years of strategic purchasing experience
- Documented personnel management experience
- Experience leading qualified specialists
- Manufacturing industry background
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
