Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team with a value-based leadership approach
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance in projects
- Build and maintain customer relationships, drive projects with business mindset
- Ensure projects meet economic targets including monthly follow-up and forecasts
- Lead projects from bid to final calculation with focus on quality and documentation
- Summer and winter on-call duty
Requirements
- Several years of experience in similar leadership roles with business focus
- Experience in road maintenance and operations (drift och underhåll)
- Experience with construction projects, municipal road maintenance, or VA is meritorious
- Experience with project calculation, economics and forecast responsibility
- Good communication skills in Swedish (written and oral)
- B-körkort (Swedish driver license)
