Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the adult authority unit with strategic and operational responsibility
- Participate in management group for cross-unit development and quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with legislation, good work environment, and high legal security
Requirements
- Social work degree (socionomexamen) or equivalent
- Managerial/leadership experience
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation
- Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written)
