Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate functions including office, legal, information, environment, quality, and irregularities
- Act as a strategic partner to operations, capturing needs and prioritizing initiatives
- Provide qualified management support to assistant manager and management leadership
Requirements
- University degree from higher education
- Documented experience as a manager leading other managers
- Several years in leading position within large, complex politically governed organization
- Understanding of interplay between political governance and civil service organization
- Experience leading, developing and achieving results through others, including matrix organizations
- Experience from region or municipal leadership (meriting)
- Experience developing and streamlining staff or head office functions (meriting)
