Responsibilities
- Own and maintain global WFM scheduling rulebook defining staffing and scheduling standards
- Define standard rosters by store format and translate labor hours into staffing levels by role and time
- Partner with Sales Markets to integrate local labor laws into global WFM logic and provide expert guidance on scheduling
Requirements
- Deep experience in workforce management, scheduling optimisation or WFM systems
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and labor planning
- Solid knowledge of labor regulations and scheduling compliance
- Experience translating analytical models into practical operational guidance
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
