- Overall responsibility for unit quality, staff, finance, work environment, environment and safety
- Lead local management group including 5 team coordinators and operations coordinator
- Develop operations and ensure highest quality elderly care
Requirements
- Higher education (180hp) in healthcare or social services
- Minimum 4 years leadership experience in similar role
- Knowledge of elderly care laws and regulations
- Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
- Right to work in Sweden (will be verified)
- Criminal record extract required
