Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Molecular Diagnostics and Clinical Genetics (MKG) section with ~25 physicians
- Hold financial and personnel responsibility for the physician group
- Collaborate with deputy operations manager and other managers to achieve strategic goals
- Represent the section in leadership groups at Akademiska laboratoriet
Requirements
- Relevant higher education (physician, nurse, or natural science degree)
- Proven leadership experience with personnel, finance and operational responsibility
- Experience leading operations and groups through change
- Professional experience from patient reception and laboratory medicine
- Previous leadership experience required
- Merit: PhD specialist physician in relevant field
- Merit: More than 5 years clinical experience
- Merit: Experience in politically governed organization
- Merit: Research and development experience
