Responsibilities
- Lead and develop environmental inspection operations with overall responsibility for quality and service
- Create conditions for competent and engaged team, drive development forward
- Ensure high professional level in inspection work combining supervision, advice and development
Requirements
- Leadership experience with ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Experience with authority exercise according to Environmental Code (miljöbalken)
- Academic degree in environment, natural sciences, technology, law or equivalent
- Very good ability to express in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Environmental Code and other relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in politically governed organization
