Responsibilities
- Lead execution of global sourcing strategy across EMEA region
- Lead and develop regional sourcing team and community
- Drive supplier performance management, contracts, and commercial negotiations
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in supply chain/procurement or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management in manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Understanding of sustainability impact on sourcing
- Excellent proficiency in English
