Responsibilities
- Lead and develop operations with focus on EHS (environment, health, safety)
- Oversee strategy, business plan, budget, investment plans and financial results
- Ensure effective, safe and competitive production with focus on quality and cost efficiency
- Lead and develop organization, build relationships with employees, unions, customers and authorities
Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering, metallurgy, chemistry or relevant technical field
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, process, metal or recycling industry
- Documented results in safety, operational development and business performance
- Experience leading through other managers and developing high-performing organizations
- Experience in unionized environment and stakeholder management
- Change management and continuous improvement experience
- Budget, investment and profit/loss responsibility experience
- Comfortable working in international organization
