Requirements
- Experience in IT management with staff responsibility
- Holistic view and business understanding - ability to see how IT changes affect organization goals
- Analytical and goal-oriented - data-driven decision making
- Experience in agile and traditional project environments
- Advantage: experience in manufacturing industry with complex products
- Security clearance may be required (Saab defense company)
