Responsibilities
- Lead team of 5 Area Sales Managers (3 Sweden, 2 Norway) in automotive lubricants sales
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for Sweden and Norway including budget and sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market position through key account development
Requirements
- Experience leading sales or senior commercial role in automotive/technical B2B
- Strong business focus with strategic and operational perspective
- Coaching and inspirational leadership style
- Experience from automotive, spare parts, lubricants, tires, workshop equipment, truck, construction or agriculture sectors
- Fluent in Swedish and English
