Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 employees with personnel, business and budget responsibility
- Create conditions for employees to develop and deliver value in agile organization
- Be part of section leadership group and collaborate with peer managers
- Drive change and create security in direction for the organization
Requirements
- Academic degree minimum 180hp (120p) in relevant field
- Several years of current managerial experience with operational, personnel and budget responsibility
- Several years of experience developing and changing operations
- Several years of experience with agile methodologies in development organizations
- Good written and spoken Swedish
- Good written and spoken English
