Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire kitchen team with operational, economic and quality responsibility
- Manage self-control, inventory, pre/post-calculation, waste management and purchases
- Create sustainable dishes and menus based on trends, season and guest preferences
Requirements
- Education in hotel/restaurant with cooking direction or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as cook or equivalent
- 2+ years personnel and result responsibility experience
- Experience with menu planning systems
- Knowledge in gastronomy, nutrition, kitchen economy and waste management
- Fluent Swedish written and spoken
- Good computer skills and Office365
