Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 employees with staff, operations, and budget responsibility
- Create conditions for employees to develop and deliver value in agile organization
- Be part of section management group and collaborate with other unit managers
- Drive change and development of operations and individuals
Requirements
- Academic degree minimum 180hp (120p) in relevant field
- Several years of current managerial experience with staff, operations and budget responsibility
- Several years of current experience of developing and changing operations
- Several years of current experience of agile working methods in development organizations
- Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
