Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the building permit unit with staff, financial and operational responsibility
- Ensure operations comply with PBL legislation and municipal goals
- Be part of the management group and drive digitalization and process improvements
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience with staff responsibility in municipal operations; relevant academic education (e.g., civil engineering, law, technology, architecture); experience with Planning and Building Act (PBL) and authority exercise in community building; fluent Swedish (written and spoken); B driver's license
