Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and result targets with responsibility for cost efficiency, KPIs, profitability and budgeting
- Personnel responsibility including recruitment, introduction, development and termination
- Ensure implementation of concepts and enforce centrally made decisions
Requirements
- Several years of leading experience in retail with personnel and budget responsibility
- Knowledge of labor law and work environment regulations
- Experience in sales operations, preferably with high-volume business
- Comfortable making decisions and leading in a fast-paced environment
