Responsibilities
- Lead and develop logistics organization with ~10 team members through coaching leadership
- Drive change and improvement work focusing on efficiency, scalability and continuous improvements
- Ensure efficient material flows, high delivery precision and cost-effectiveness in supply chain
Requirements
- Relevant academic education
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading logistics/Supply Chain role
- Documented experience leading larger change and development projects
- Experience with Lean and structured continuous improvement methodology
- Good understanding of complex logistics and production flows
- Experience with 3PL partnerships
- Fluent in Swedish and English
