Responsibilities
- Lead overall business growth, profitability and development in Sweden and Norway
- Develop and implement commercial strategy, drive sales and build customer relationships
- Lead organization, recruit and develop employees, create performance-oriented culture
- Full P&L and budget responsibility, report to board and owners
Requirements
- Several years as VD, Sales Manager, Country Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Documented B2B sales success with technical products/solutions
- Experience in construction/civil engineering, geomatics or related technical markets
- Strong financial understanding and profit responsibility experience
- Proven track record of developing businesses and driving change
- Fluent Swedish (written and spoken), good English
