Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and coordinate municipality's personnel policy and HR operations
- Oversee labor law, recruitment, work environment, union cooperation and salary formation
- Contribute to strategic management and build relationships through presence in operations
Requirements
- University degree in HR field; minimum 5 years qualified HR work at operational and strategic levels; deep knowledge in employer and labor law issues; very good knowledge of Office package and HR systems; very good Swedish skills (spoken and written); B driver's license
