Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and development of a new unit focused on AI and intelligent information systems for Sweden's total defence
- Lead innovation development by identifying user needs, developing prototypes and translating research into operational capabilities
- Lead and develop employees, set strategic direction and ensure long-term competence supply
Requirements
- Master's degree in cognitive science, behavioral science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent relevant field
- Several years of experience in a managerial role leading high-specialist operations and driving change/development
- Extensive experience in innovation management translating technical possibilities into user benefits
- Experience leading product development of complex systems in early development phases
- Experience with prototyping, machine learning and decision support
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Swedish citizenship required (security classified position)
