Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a research unit focused on AI-based command systems and intelligent information systems for total defense
- Set strategic and technical direction together with clients, employees and management
- Drive research and technology development by converting new research results into future command systems
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer engineering, information technology or equivalent (preferably in AI/machine learning)
- Several years of experience as manager/project leader leading high-specialist teams
- Experience leading technology development in early phases (research, innovation, pre-development)
- Experience converting research into advanced solutions through collaboration
- Documented ability to lead change and develop high-performing teams
- Strategic understanding of research and technology development for command systems
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Swedish citizenship required (security classified position)
