Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for staff, operations and budget of IT service section with ~50 employees
- Lead through three group managers and drive change, development and efficiency improvements
- Ensure high-quality IT service delivery and user support, develop working methods and competence
Requirements
- Academic degree (systems science/engineering) or equivalent; documented leadership education; several years of management experience with staff/operations/budget responsibility; experience leading through other managers; experience in larger organizations with complex dependencies; very good Swedish and good English skills
