Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff as pedagogical leader with focus on student development
- Personnel responsibility including resource allocation and school development processes
- Collaborate across two schools (Svaleboskolan F-9 and Idala F-3) and manage evaluation of interventions
Requirements
- Teaching qualification (teacher or fritidshem teacher F-3/F-6) with valid teaching license; experience in pedagogical leadership; good organizational and communicative skills; proficiency in Swedish (written and oral); knowledge of student health work (elevhälsa) and digital tools (Google Classroom, Google Drive, Office); administrative interest (budget, scheduling, HR systems)
