Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the agency's exercise activities within civil defense and total defense
- Develop collaboration with Swedish Armed Forces for systematic national-level exercises meeting NATO needs
- Plan, conduct and evaluate complex coordination exercises within total defense and civil defense
Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- Several years of experience leading operations within emergency management system
- Good knowledge of total defense
- Experience leading change and development work
- Extensive experience leading collaboration with emergency management actors
- Swedish citizenship required (security classified position)
