Responsibilities
- Lead educational development and school improvement for two schools (Solenskolan F-6 with ~300 students and Häggdånger byskola F-6 with ~30 students)
- Manage operational matters, economy, personnel, and work environment in collaboration with the principal
- Drive pedagogical leadership and student health work towards a good learning environment
Requirements
- University/college degree in pedagogy, methodology, behavioral science, or relevant field
- Experience working in schools with good pedagogical ability
- Knowledge of Swedish as a second language and understanding of newly arrived students' needs
- Experience leading student health work towards good learning environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
