Responsibilities
- Build up store routines, processes and working methods from scratch
- Meet customers, conduct valuations and purchases of gold/silver items
- Drive sales, follow up key figures and take full responsibility for store results
- Recruit and develop staff as the store grows
Requirements
- Experience from store operations and leadership in retail
- Experience with customer contact and roles requiring trust
- Structured, meticulous and comfortable following routines
- Good administrative skills and basic financial understanding
- Independent, initiative-taking and comfortable with broad responsibility
- High integrity and professional demeanor
- Experience from pawn shop, gold/jewelry or premium trade is meritorious
