Responsibilities
- Build up store routines, processes and working methods from scratch
- Meet customers, conduct tests, valuations and purchases of gold
- Drive sales, follow up on KPIs and take full responsibility for store results
- Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations and create a professional customer experience
- Recruit and develop staff as the store grows
Requirements
- Experience from store operations and preferably leadership in retail environment
- Accustomed to working in roles with high trust and customer contact
- Structured, meticulous and confident in following routines and processes
- Good administrative ability and basic financial understanding
- Self-driven, initiative-taking and thrives with broad responsibility
- High integrity and professional approach
- Experience from pawn shop, gold/jewelry or premium trade is meriting
