Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and P&L monitoring
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain food safety/hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory management, and financial performance
- Must speak Swedish and English
