Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Marstrand pilot area with ~25 pilots and 1 administrator across Marstrand and Lysekil stations
- Oversee nautical operations, financial follow-up, budget, and personnel for the area from Marstrand to Strömstad
- Coordinate regional crisis preparedness and total defense planning, represent Sjöfartsverket locally
Requirements
- Academic higher education with maritime/shipping focus
- Proven leadership experience from shipping companies, vessels, business or public organizations
- Experience in operational shipping, logistics or transport operations
- Must have valid Swedish work authorization; Swedish citizenship may be required
- Security clearance with background check may be required
