Responsibilities
- Lead operations including staff planning and scheduling

- Collaborate with customers, relatives and staff
Requirements
- Higher education (behavioral sciences, social work, HR, nursing or equivalent)
- At least 24 months experience in elderly care or disability care
- 12 months of continuous managerial responsibility (economy, staff, operations)
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations in elderly care
- Administrative experience and good computer skills
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written
