- Track record of developing organizations, processes or functions
- Experience with quality, sustainability and work environment issues
- Ability to think business-first and drive change
- Good at coaching, challenging and building trust
- Interest in using technology and digital tools to simplify work
- Based in Skövde or Gothenburg
