Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational campus development with full operational, staff and budget responsibility
- Negotiate rental agreements with property owners and drive cross-border collaboration
- Ensure property systems function and develop circular premises supply
Requirements
- Academic degree in technology, economics, law or relevant field
- Experience from complex organization, preferably public sector
- Documented leadership and change management experience
- Knowledge of rental law, construction processes, sustainability and LOU
- Experience with rental negotiations and premises supply
- Very good Swedish and good English communication skills
