Responsibilities
- Lead and develop ward 57 with integrated cardiac intensive care, day care, nurse-based clinics, PCI unit and pacemaker surgery (approx. 30 staff)
- Ensure quality, patient safety, work environment and economy in line with operational goals
- Part of clinic management group; collaborate closely with operations manager and support functions
Requirements
- Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
- Experience in emergency care and leadership/development within healthcare
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to inspire and lead towards goals
