Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 30 employees (mostly job coaches) with staff, budget and work environment responsibility
- Drive operational and strategic development in line with organizational goals and objectives
- Participate in the management group with area manager and 9 other unit managers
Requirements
- Relevant completed academic higher education
- Several years of current managerial experience in relevant field
- Experience with strategic development work
- Experience of change management with documented good results
- Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
