Responsibilities
- Support traffic director in leadership and strategic development of public transport
- Represent JLT in collaborations with traffic companies, municipalities, Trafikverket and regional actors
- Translate political goals into operational development and contribute to organizational culture
Requirements
- Higher education in relevant field (urban planning, technology, political science, economics, or construction) or equivalent experience
- Strong strategic focus with extensive experience in traffic, infrastructure or societal development
- Proven leadership experience in complex development and change processes
- Ability to work at the interface between politics and operations
- Good communication skills with ability to balance different interests
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to inspire trust
