Responsibilities

• Lead 11 warehouse workers in goods receipt, forklift operations, assembly, and picking/packing
• Drive change management, warehouse control and efficiency improvements
• Build up in-house transport operations and manage transport matters

Requirements

• Leadership/managerial experience; Experience with warehouse flows and logistics; Higher education in technology/logistics or equivalent; Experience with development work and change leadership

SwedishContinuous education and competence development offered; Clear leadership framework with opportunity to influence; Part of Västra Götalandsregionen (large public sector employer); Permanent position; Regular travel within region
