Requirements
- Higher education min 180 credits in social work or relevant field; 5+ years managerial experience; experience in multi-agency collaboration (social services, healthcare, police, schools); experience in politically governed organization; very good knowledge of Social Services Act; experience leading across organizational boundaries; good work environment knowledge; experience with trade unions collaboration
